@howardandcraig Any chance you got a new expiration date on that card and didn't inform QVC? I know their name is on the card, but I think those dates are controlled by Synchrony like any other cc by a department store.

Q cards don't have an expiration date. But I agree with millieshops, call Synchrony bank.

@howardandcraig - What is the specific problem you are having? Is the card no longer showing up in your account? Is there an error message when you try to use the stored card number as your payment method? Something else?

How long has it been since you paid off your Q card, and used it to buy something?

If the card has been inactive for a year or more, they will automatically close the account.

A lot of card companies do this, not just QVC.

So, if it's been over a year since you used the Q card, they may have closed your account due to inactivity.
