Cannot view garment measurements on iphone

Is it just me? When I click link to view garment measurements on my iPhone, they no longer display, just see a blank screen.
Used to work but now they do not appear for any items...

don't feel like the lone ranger I got apple laptop and apple Mac Mini and use Safari, if you don't have Google Chrome and you come in here your pretty much out in left field waiting for a fly ball.

I got a old Windows laptop and if I want to see the measurements I have to fire it up and use Google.

@TNI You don't have to use just Safari on Apple devices. It doesn't play well with QVC's system. Try changing to a different browser temporarily.

first of all don't want to monkey with my apple not sure I know how to do it, 2nd, I shouldn't have to change nothing to shop with somebody, they should cotton to me I spend enough here.

their platform should be to have anybody be able to shop with them.

@SharkE All it involves is downloading an app but if it makes you happy, keep hopping over to your old computer. I used to use an iPad and always used Firefox on it. Hated Safari.

@TNI, You're unable to see them for all the items you choose? I just picked one at random -- A384081 Du Jour Plaid Boyfriend Blazer --

I tried looking at the garment measurements with my iPhone SE and my iPad 6 and they do display properly, with no problems. I also can see them on my Mac with the Chrome browser, or Firefox.

Are you using the QVC mobile app or the full website browser (probably Safari)? If it's the full website you're accessing, do you have the most current iOS version, have you cleared browser history/website data, and tried closing all apps in the background, or even shutting down the phone and restarting it?

@Kachina624, I agree with you about needing a second browser for backup and troubleshooting, by the way. However, I want to add that the Safari browser for mobile devices usually works well -- it's the Safari for computers that isn't usually recommended no matter what sites we visit.

I can see the measurement guide just fine on both my iPad and iPhone using Safari. And the latest iOS version on both.

I cannot view measurements for any item including the du jour link included. It doesn’t work in qvc app or via browser. I even tried installing chrome and still doesn’t work. I have iPhone 8 Plus with latest version of iOS.

I'm sorry you're still having trouble, @TNI. I don't use the Q app -- I don't like the design and I've found too many glitches (not sure it's maintained well by the developers). The only recourse you have with the app is to be sure you have the most recent version, and also you can try deleting it and reinstalling it. Since you also can't see the measurements on the full browser, did you go into settings, under Safari, and clear all history and website data (and also look under Advanced, Website Data, and if there's anything stored there, delete it all, too)? There might be some wonky data, cookies, etc., hanging around causing mischief.

These bugs can be more than frustrating. I hope you find a good solution.🌻
