      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a product about two to three months ago. The item never arrived. It got stuck in the mailing system and ultimately was returned to QVC. I have since had the item refunded, but you all charged me shipping and hangling of $7.00. I want it returned to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Customer service is even worse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm about done shopping here. Will post on the boards, but I'm tired of the hassle of orders never received, delayed, wrong, damaged. It's all just ridiculous for a company that has been doing this for decades.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are we talking about your Tatcha order? That non receipt refund was a complete refund of all monies paid. It was on easy pay.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I apologize - I was looking for a $7.00 charge but you are absolutely right about being charged for an item you did not receive. I have refunded you $6.95 and current processing time is 3 to 5 business days.&lt;/P&gt;
