Sales tax on Tracfone

I bought the Samsung phone and was charged a higher sales tax. I live in Pa. and should be charged 6% not almot 8%. Has something changed? The order # is **** 8/06/20.

Your tracfone is subject to addtional local taxes for 3rd Party Sales--Telephone Service Minutes.
