      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to return some leggings and the bag did not arrive with a return form. I went online to my account and there was no option to print one. I was able to print a return mailing sticker--but not the return form--and the directions said that a return form&amp;nbsp;must be included.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PLEASE email the "return form" to me: Order **** for item A380834. Please advise - as I need to get the return started ASAP. thank you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/151228"&gt;@Goldengate8361&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't have to have a return form, just write down ALL of the info&amp;nbsp;the form contains&amp;nbsp;(use an old one as an example to help make sure you don't miss anything) on a sheet of paper, making sure to include the reason for return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done it many times over the years when an invoice was missing, lost or destroyed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had printed the return label but nothing online said anything about the "return form" and the directions said the "return form" had to be included. Finally, I just picked up the printout of the return label&amp;nbsp;off of the printer---and I discovered exactly what you said.
