      <title>MODs - Please help with return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to reach anyone in Customer Service regarding my return for refund, which hasn't posted yet.&amp;nbsp; Info below -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Order # received July 6&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ornament Wreath arrived with multiple broken balls&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;July 8 - Mailed with USPS, first class (my own postage)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's on EZ pay and the next payment is scheduled for 7/31.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
