      <title>Processing time on orders</title>

      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;Is anyone else having problems with long processing times? Several orders have been processing for 5 days now. Cannot cancel says order processing and can not change. Called no straight answer 2 customer&lt;BR /&gt;Service people said I do not know.</description>

      <description>5 days is nothing. I have an order still in process from 6/19. QVC won't let me cancel the order either. Rediculous!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am now waiting for orders&amp;nbsp;sitting in the Tampa Airport for days.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A couple I never received, received credit but I would have liked the product.&amp;nbsp; I could not reorder, out of stock.&amp;nbsp; Hope I get the other orders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
