    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same status for two returned items picked up July 15.&amp;nbsp; Returns are taking extra long now, the last time I returned a few items and they weren't processed after 3 weeks, I emailed Social.Team@qvc.com and a nice man named Melvin assisted me in getting my returns credited.&amp;nbsp; I'm giving my recent returns another week or so, then I'll email the team.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned order #6525234229 on July 11th and the tracking return says usps picked it up on July 13th and it is in their hands. That is where it stops. I tried to call CS but can't get threw (on hold and then the line goes dead).&amp;nbsp;How do I find out what happened to my package, i need the tracking number for USPS to call them. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
