&lt;P&gt;Once USPS hands the package over to the returns agent, the tracking is no longer available via USPS. I have been able to track your return - were you requesting a refund or an exchange on the Earth Flats?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Returned shoes on 7/9/2020. Have receipt. It was picked up , but tracking says USPS does not have it anymore and no more tracking info. &amp;nbsp;Customer service says " can't talk to me, thier lines are too busy". What do I do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any help you can offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
