    <description>&lt;P&gt;I realize we are in a pandeminc, however the returns process is abysmal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Items I've returned on July 2nd (post office, QVC return label) seem to be in LIMBO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When one CAN get through &amp;nbsp;to QVC CS, they encourage you to continue to wait, be patient until the item arrives back to QVC. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was NOT happening in March, April, and May.....what's going on????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC are you listening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a HUGE formerly-loyal customer base that is about to say GOOD BYE to the Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please figure out what's going on and PLEASE LET US KNOW!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.png" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Drop a line to&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;QVCsocialteam@qvc.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are very good about responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyone's been having issues with returns and deliveries.&amp;nbsp; Strange things are happening.&amp;nbsp; The other night, I happened to wake up in the middle of the night so I checked my mail, and there was an order placed for an item that I had requested months ago as an exchange but was out of stock.&amp;nbsp; Why would QVC just randomly go ahead and place an order for me??&amp;nbsp; I quickly canceled it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
