    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never found the CS reps for Tracfone "dumb" or anything like it.&amp;nbsp; In fact, most of the reps have college degrees.&amp;nbsp; Having difficulty understanding their accents (as some people have said they do) does not make them dumb.&amp;nbsp; They speak English; not many of us speak their language.&amp;nbsp; I think it's incredibly unkind to call them "dumb".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read your other thread and am not sure why you're having trouble activating your phone.&amp;nbsp; I've been with Tracfone for 15 years now and have never had a problem.&amp;nbsp; The latest one I got (the last TSV), activated within minutes; almost immediately, in fact.&amp;nbsp; I also transferred all my info within about ten minutes.&amp;nbsp; I did everything online without a hitch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck finding a dedicated number for QVC customers; not sure one exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have trouble, return the phone to QVC while you still can and buy from a retailer who can help you on site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a dedicated number for your customers as I am having issues with a phone and these people are incredibly dumb.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
