      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same experience.&amp;nbsp; Contacted CS and said I was the tenth person who said the same thing.&amp;nbsp; I was able to log in a half hour after she reset whatever she reset.&amp;nbsp; CS thought it was on QVC's end that I could not get into site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
