    <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't bother with customer service. You never get thru. Don't bother with email, &amp;nbsp;you only get a generic response. So frustrated! Where is my returned item? Where is my credit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have returns from weeks ago that have not processed. I used the return label to return. Are these USPS? When I try to track items from a month ago, it comes up on USPS with "no status available".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I track these returns? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4/28 order - Joan Rivers pants&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5/4 order - D&amp;amp;C linen pants - returned both&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5/9 order - Lisa Rinna batwing top&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5/16 order - SG denim ankle jeans&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of these should be store credits.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The last was&amp;nbsp; 2 shorts I returned for a exchange and they sent me one instead of 2. Charged me for 2!!       <description>&lt;P&gt;What I do is get a receipt from the post office showing they received it. Although, if you are unfortunate enough to deal with Ontario facility, it will take 10-15 days from the time the website shows delivered to receive your refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't bother with customer service. You never get thru. Don't bother with email, &amp;nbsp;you only get a generic response. So frustrated! Where is my returned item? Where is my credit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
