      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apparently the 90 day return policy is still not being honored.&amp;nbsp; I just had another item returned within the 90 days be sent back to me.&amp;nbsp; What's up, QVC?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is getting so tiresome!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get the policy honored.&amp;nbsp; I emailed the social team about it last week and I have not heard back from them either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe the 90-day returns ended for purchases made through May 31. Even if you placed an order on May 31, your 90-day return window wouldn't start until the date of delivery.&amp;nbsp; For some orders I placed around the end of May, I didn't receive some of them for 3-4 weeks thereafter.&amp;nbsp; Those 3-4 weeks I was waiting to receive my orders didn't cut into the 90-day return window; otherwise, when all the hosts were stating on air that you have 90 days to try it and love it or return it, their statements would've been contradicting the 90-day return policy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#993300"&gt;How can we abide by their 30 return rules when we DO NOT EVEN RECEIVE THE GOODS within 30 days. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#993300"&gt;When we can get our goods again before 30 days is up, then they can tout their 30 day return rule go back into affect.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#993300"&gt;Just yesterday I got an order that took literally 30 days to get to me.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It's so sad that many of us are having problems getting QVC to honor the well advertised 90 day return policy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To clarify my original post:&amp;nbsp; I did purchase the items well before 5-31-2020 and all have been returned within the appropriate 90 day timeframe.&amp;nbsp; The returns department sent two items back as being returned after 30 days.&amp;nbsp; One of these returns was straightened out by the QVC Social Team for which I am very thankful.&amp;nbsp; The other problems remain unsolved despite the fact that I have emailed the Social Team again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope all of you find solutions to the issues you are having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC has had returns since middle of June. &amp;nbsp;I see today they are sending everything back to me. &amp;nbsp;I purchased quite a bit, based on the expanded return window. &amp;nbsp;Now they won't honor it? &amp;nbsp;No one responds, including online chat. &amp;nbsp;I'm going to suspend all credit card payments until this is settled. &amp;nbsp;I can't believe they would be this dishonest!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 90 days started the day you received the item. &amp;nbsp;Also keep in mind, hosts repeatedly said QVC wanted us to be safe. &amp;nbsp;Some of us are from states that lifted stay at home orders later than others. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's astonishing that they didn't fix this problem (of untrained staff?), since even long-time customers will leave in droves. &amp;nbsp;No phone assistance, or email, or online chat. &amp;nbsp;The chats keep bumping me off before I receive any reply, after waiting in line...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I still like finding tall pants here &amp;amp; a few other items I cannot find anywhere else. I will never think I have time to make a decision on returning something. With Covid &amp;amp; many things happening in that time I thought I was okay. Mine were about 60 day out. If they can do Christmas with no problem why not now???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It took over two months to get refunds on an items that I returned.&amp;nbsp; During that time I decided not to buy again until things improved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When they started "Christmas in July" the hosts were saying you had until&amp;nbsp;January 31, 2021 to make returns.&amp;nbsp; Wonder how that will work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also been reading about how business is booming for on line retailers since people have no other choice.&amp;nbsp; How about sharing the profits with a return&amp;nbsp;policy on all items ordered since March 1, 2020?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;p.s.&amp;nbsp; I have not purchased anything from QVC in almost 3 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've also had their sticky labels all curled up stuck to the inside of bags. I've lately been getting labels that are so stinking tiny I can't even read them! &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#993300"&gt;Lately I've been getting goods in plain white plastic bags too. They appear to have had my stuff in a Q bag, then opened and transferred to a plain white bag that was sealed with the silver tape taken off that I would need to use if returning an item. What's THIS all about????&amp;nbsp; These seem to be the items that took 3-4 weeks to get to me. Where have they been, did someone else have them first? Why are they in plain whte bags?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#993300"&gt;I don't know about buying anything from here anymore. Quality is down for sure but prices have done nothing but go up. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep up with them, get in touch to talk to CS about these returns. Despite them continuing to tell us things have slowed down this is still no excuse for us waiting forever in a day for our refunds or the lack thereof. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent hours, no joke, trying to straighten them out on this subject. &amp;nbsp;I have sent numerous emails to several customer service email addresses, phoned CS (just dumps the call as not available), and many attempts at online chat. &amp;nbsp;After well over an hour waiting in queue yesterday (all other times I've been thrown off, without explanation), I spent the next 40 minutes going over the problem. &amp;nbsp;I implored them to stop sending back the items (as they are clearly valid returns), and made clear that I am not obligated to resend them. &amp;nbsp;I didn't order these items NOW, and federal and state law is on my side. &amp;nbsp;I can't tolerate the waste of my time in this, which is why I won't return something I didn't purchase now. &amp;nbsp;CS gal assured me all was corrected during our chat, so no more items should be sent, yet again today, more are on their way. &amp;nbsp;I even went as far as searching for and contacting the South Carolina jewelry intake facility by phone, not a published number on Q site. &amp;nbsp;I've done my due diligence to assist them in ending their errors. &amp;nbsp;I've always documented any defect with pictures and return slip notes, along with proof of mailing. &amp;nbsp;Anything they send back at this point is legally considered a gift, and my credit card company will back me up. &amp;nbsp;Either way, I'm a former customer. &amp;nbsp;After years and way too much money, I'm cured. &amp;nbsp;The bad taste and disrespect overwhelms me. &amp;nbsp;I'm still be an online shopper, but other options are so much more attractive now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
