Shipment not moving

The latest tracking of my order on June 26 indicates "UPS Mail Innovations enroute to USPS". Since there is no further activity I assume I will not be receiving it.

Can I get a refund at this point?

@maisiebrook Don't assume. So many people are shopping online (not just at the Q) that shippers are swamped.

Things pretty much sit in place over weekends and holidays as neither UPS or the USPS don't work during these times. You're much too impatient.

FYI: UPS was working. Another QVC package enroute to me had activity on July 4 and 5.

@maisiebrook Mail Innovations is the slowest possible way to ship a package. It takes up to a week longer to get to you by Mail Innovations than it does any other way. It's frustrating when you're expecting something. Any time I see something that's shipped that way I know not to expect it by the "expected delivery date" that's shown,

I had an item shipped to me from another company on June 17 via FedEx and I still do not have it. I have received 4 different delivery dates and the dates come and go. The latest delivery date was supposed to be July 4th and of course, I never received it and now the latest says the EDD is unavailable/pending.

The tracking on this is ridiculous. It has been in and out of my state (Ohio) and Michigan multiple times. At one point it was even in my city and was going to be handed off to USPS for delivery but that never happened. I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever going to receive this package.

This is about the third package being delivered via FedEx that has had this issue.

I have the same issue. I placed an order on June 10. It didn't ship until June 23. It has been sitting in Bridgeport, NJ since June 30th.

I've never complained about the cost or the time involved with delivery, but this is ridiculous. My product is in limbo - it's not moving and I can't cancel it. It's a sun shade for my car, I'm afraid it won't get here (if at all) until I need my snow shield for my car.

Shipping and handling of this quality should be free.

It took long enough for my item to ship and now it's been sitting in the local PO for 9 days. About time to call the Post Master to see what's happening. This happened at least twice last year .... when I finally reported those delays the packages were found in the back of other packages that were in the wrong room. After my call, the packages were delivered the next day. I'll never forget the old days when the postage cost more but they were shipped and delivered by UPS in very timely fashion.

My local Post Office is open 1/2 a day on Saturdays.

I have two packages sitting at the main post office for almost a week. It still has to be transferred to my local one. I'm not real happy with this since one is JAI earrings which are not cheap. Does it do any good to call that post office? They probably won't answer anyways.

I shudder when anything is in Bridgeport NJ! I have had 2 packages totally disappear when they left this facility. Good luck.

I have called my local post office. They said there have been a lot of mistakes with tracking and at times it says they (local po) have the package when they actually dont!

@Pecky, good luck getting anyone to answer.

You cannot believe the amount of mail for work, including certified mail, that hasn't been delivered. Certified mail seems to go into the system and then once logged in, there is no further tracking. We never get the signed green card back and when we try and check tracking on-line, it never moves anywhere.

I have had to call various post offices all over the US and no one ever answers the phone at these facilities. The exception was one post office in a very tiny town near me. She answered, assured me the large envelope full of original documents wasn't sitting in her facility and had been lost elsewhere. Funny how the recipient rec'd the envelope the very next day. What a coincidence.
