Error when trying to do anyting on QVC.com

Anyone else with this issue?

I tried to make a purchase the other day and it wouldn't let me.

Today I am trying to skip an AD shipment and it won't let me.

Same error message for both.

When I placed my order online the other day she said there was nothing wrong with my account.

Is this a technical issue or specific to me?

Thank you @Susan-QVC I was able to do it in IE.

I was in Chrome.
