      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have read many of your postings regarding QVC customer service, items being held&amp;nbsp; "in process" too long, lack of ability to contact and talk to CS and the inability to email QVC.&amp;nbsp;Live chat is a joke. COVID has affected many companies, but I just don't understand what is going on with QVC. They are the only company that is failing miserably in caring for their customers.&amp;nbsp; I have ordered from CHEWY, Kohl's, Ninja Kitchen, Amazon and several other companies and have received all of my orders in a timely manner.&amp;nbsp; Not even reviews are being posted for items I have ordered.&amp;nbsp; Once you order an item, the cost is put on "hold" with your bank until your item(s) ship.&amp;nbsp; Cancellations are next to impossible and you never get an email updating you on the status of your order.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never got an email regarding QVC team moderators.&amp;nbsp;Who are they and what do they do?&amp;nbsp; Are they really helpful?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know what is going on with QVC, but I have been buying from them since 2013 and have bought many very expensive items.&amp;nbsp; I am not a newbie and knew my way around their system, but the issues that are being raised fall on QVC.&amp;nbsp; I checked and they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau anywhere.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrated and disappointed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a quilt set on 6/20 and it was on clearance.&amp;nbsp; It is still "in process" .&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The estimated delivery date is 7/2.&amp;nbsp; It comes from "Quilt Patch".&amp;nbsp; You cannot find this company on the internet and is only sold on QVC. There is no way to contact the mfg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How are they going to get it to me by 7/2?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; I never order clothing, makeup or food from QVC.&amp;nbsp; I don't like the offerings that they have.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you notice, they keep offering the same designers and tend to cater to a very specific group.&amp;nbsp; Same with beauty, personal care and hair products.&amp;nbsp; So sick of seeing all of these offerings.&amp;nbsp; There's really nothing unique about QVC any more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The moderators seem to be a secret back door to customer service.&amp;nbsp; (Yes, I know they're not secret to the folks posting on these boards, who presumably are a small percentage of QVC's customers.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the moderators are the best - and possibly only - way to get service, QVc should mention them on its Customer Service web page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I order a lot from QVC....but I'm getting wiser...I don't order much lately.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I never know when a package is going to arrive.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it's a few days and sometimes it's weeks.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;When the item does come..it's almost like Christmas because I've totally forgotten what I've ordered.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;A prime example of delays in shipping.&amp;nbsp; I sent my daughter in Denver some Blink cameras because I knew she was coming out to help me.&amp;nbsp; I figured it'd be OK if it took 2 weeks or even 15 days, 16 days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;After all, I was sending it to her boyfriend's house and he would be home for about 1 month for sure.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;OMG!&amp;nbsp; Move forward.&amp;nbsp; His mother (who lives near me) had to have a back operation...he was coming to help her.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;The cameras had not yet been delivered.&amp;nbsp; I've lost track of how long it's taken.&amp;nbsp; I STILL don't know for sure when or if it's really there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;You see her boyfriend had to leave home to drive back with her.&amp;nbsp; My daughter went back to Colorado to get her dog.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;So, the three of them drove here from Colorado.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I'm getting dizzy just trying to put this on the computer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Here's the jest of what I'm trying to say.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Stupid me.&amp;nbsp; I figured 2 &amp;amp; 1/2 weeks would be long enough to allow for the cameras to be delivered.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Actually, it was closer to 4 weeks when he finally left and the cameras had not yet come.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I have no idea if they are now sitting out on his porch.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;My daughter called QVC when we found out he'd have to leave eventually to help his mother.&amp;nbsp; She tried to stop delivery.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;But like other's have said, "It's in transit".&amp;nbsp; Whatever.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I just might be out almost $300 if they've been stolen off of his porch.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;You'd think 4 weeks would be long enough for something to be delivered....I guess not.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with the OP. There are many places that are getting purchases out much quicker than the home shopping channels owned by this corporation, however, we had seen much of this bad service even before the Covid issue. Things were already going down hill not just at QVC but also a few other.big places that get most of their items from China. As far as getting things sent out..... maybe they had to let people go. child care is not&amp;nbsp;available to some people. Many people had to start home schooling their children.There are new&amp;nbsp;advisories as far as shipping goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also see less availability of items not just on QVC but also in stores. Clothing, home goods and other household needs. Industries that depend on China for supplies are also not getting what they need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think that home shopping has taken it's audience for grated and the corporate heads believe that they have people as a captive audience right now. The prices keep going up and quality goes down. There is less to choose from as well. I hope that this crisis will help to bring attention to the fact that we can manufacture better quality products in this country and have them here and not have to wait for them to be shipped across the world to us. There is a cure for poverty and that cure happens to come from jobs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not just QVC. &amp;nbsp;I ordered some vitamins from Amazon recently. &amp;nbsp;It's been 10 days now and I still have not received them. &amp;nbsp;The UPS tracking information is absolutely bizarre. &amp;nbsp;Several days bouncing around between a couple of cities in California, and then bouncing around once the shipment arrived on the east coast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue with an HSN order shipped via UPS. &amp;nbsp;Almost identical scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hate UPS these days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
