      <title>Is my return lost?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned an item 3 weeks ago. The only tracking that I have found is that it "tendered" to a retruns agent that same evening in Montgomery, AL, which is only 60 miles from my home. I have called customer service 3 times a day, early A.M and late P.M. after allowing 10 days for the item to be received. When I call the customer service number I only get a recording that they have so many calls I have to use automated number or QVC.com. I cannot talk with a customer care representative or leave a number for a return call. If someone cannot help me from this blog my next step will be a letter to corporate because that is the only address I have found on this website. Someone please help me. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had several returns that were over a month old.&amp;nbsp; I called CS and as long as they can see that the prepaid label was scanned by the post office, they will issue the refund right then.&amp;nbsp; It's too bad you have to call, but they were helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
