Hi @222333 you can but document what is inside the box and if you can make sure it all is supposed to go to the same warehouse. Different items go to different warehouses. This could hold up your refund.

Question for @Anonymous or any of the moderators, I have a couple of follow up questions for you on this subject.

How can I figure out from the labels which warehouse my returns are going to? I have several different returns, all clothing, but some are as is and some are not. My return labels for all of them just says "Newgistics Inc. Smart Label Returns, 56901. Does that mean all of the clothing will go to the same return center?

My other question is if I send them all back in the same box marked on the outside as you suggested, using only one of the return labels, will I only be charged one smart label fee of 6.95 for all of the enclosed items?

I was told by CS that I could send many items in one box as long as they are the same type of item, i.e., clothing in one box, shoes in another, cosmetics in another, etc. I enclosed the unused labels with my items and just use one of the labels. Is this correct? I have been doing this for quite a long time.

Hi @222333 , @lovesallanimals is correct the items should be of the same type that way they should go to the same warehouse. An example would be clothing may not go to the same warehouse as beauty items or kitchen items. You will be charged for the label you use to return the items.

@Labluvr. Look at the "return your own way" label that is a very small label just below the smart post prepaid label and it will show the address of the warehouse it would go to of you used that label to pay your own postage.
