    <description>&lt;P&gt;The shipping is per item. Even if they mail you all items in one box/bag you are charged shipping per item. So it would be the same mailing back to them. It is a lot but that is how they charge shipping now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received refunds on 5 items that were all returned in the same bag.&amp;nbsp; I used the label for the Belle damaged top and the other items were all charged return shipping.&amp;nbsp; Additionally, when I spoke to customer service, they said I would be credited return shipping, send all together with notes, especially for those that had excessive ship time and were received too late for gift giving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vionic sandals- please refund $6.95; Renee Tropical Reptile - please refund $6.95; and Carol Hochman - please refund $6.95.&amp;nbsp; Total due me $20.85.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service - please respond here.&amp;nbsp; The Q telephones are not accepting calls for help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's a lot of returns - cost of return not just the truck that takes the package back - it also involves the handling of each item - inspecting each item - logging in each item - and doing the money issue for each item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cost to return is one&amp;nbsp;reason I stopped buying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC refunds are issued piece meal.&amp;nbsp; If I am due a s/h refund, I generally get a refund for the price of the item, followed by the s/h refund a couple of days later.&amp;nbsp; If I buy on easypay and am due a refund of more than 1 payment, each are also refunded separately and not always on the same day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15045"&gt;@CLHS68&lt;/a&gt;, CS reps have stated on this forum that you can return multiple items in one bag/box as long as everything being returned goes to the same return address and you are only charged one return fee.&amp;nbsp; You are not charged per item. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
