      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I returned 3 items in the middle of May. The order status says arrived at returns center but I still have no merchandise credits. I tried having a live chat but was 56th in line and gave up on that. Can you please check on these? Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer service has been answering the phone, with a few minute wait, and has been very good at handling all issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have been very helpful to me on the phone and via email and am very grateful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have grown gray haired waiting. &amp;nbsp;Literally. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-womanfrustrated" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-frustrated.png" alt="Woman Frustrated" title="Woman Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My huge complaint is that something I ordered May 8, got one of them in and it didn't fit, and now I cancel the second one which still has not shipped! &amp;nbsp;And can't be cancelled. &amp;nbsp;And won't fit. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One was returned, one is not shipped yet and I am PAYING easy payments still on one. &amp;nbsp;The one not shipped I guess? &amp;nbsp;It's supposed to be here May 25. &amp;nbsp;Really? &amp;nbsp;AND I'm paying on it? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't tell me the computer won't let you do it. &amp;nbsp;The computer does whatever management says it will do. &amp;nbsp;I worked in IT WAY too long to believe that one!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have long upheld QVC but I'm really upset over this mess. &amp;nbsp;It has nothing to do with customer service. &amp;nbsp;It isn't their fault. &amp;nbsp;It's management who won't fix this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted the social team and one of the items has been refunded!!! The other two now say in transit, not received at returns center!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
