      <title>No help from Customer Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent many hours over the last several weeks on hold waiting for CS to answer the phone. Twice I have got through only to have CS hang up on me. I explain what is going on and they hang up. They have my number and could return my call but they don't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ordered a Vince Camuto Bag, some Callista Shampoo and some lug masks. All these items were in process for awhile and now have been sitting at UPS for over two weeks with no signs of ever being delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I called UPS, they told me they were unable to track any of my items. When I explained this two times to Customer Service at QVC, they hung up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sent emails and no answer. I am sure other people are going through the same thing. What is everyone else doing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You areclooking at the wrong Lug masks. Go way back and you will find them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the bag ans shampoo shipped but have been sitting at UPS for two weeks. Please read my post slowly again. And what about CS hanging up the phone on me aftered I waited 90 minutes to speak to them? This is very poor customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I hadn't ordered from QVC since 2019. I should have kept it that way. I've had problems with every order in the last 2 months. I ordered a Tatcha primer that never even shipped but says it was returned on my account. Customer service says it was damaged in transit. Ok? So why not ship me a new one? Then I ordered a set of lipsticks and received mascara after a MONTH. Getting in touch with customer support is a nightmare and when you do reach someone, they have an attitude. You can only blame covid for so long. Amazon has much better prices on pretty much everything and most beauty retailers like Sephora offer afterpay (like easy pay). QVC is on the way to being obsolete.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I'd like to say that I order regularly from the Q and I've never had shipping issues thus far.&amp;nbsp; I haven't had to return anything since the Covid crisis, so I can't address that.&amp;nbsp; While there are many with shipping complaints, there are also many customers that have &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;had any problems.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Regarding Customer Service, I do find it odd that these employees can't all work from home.&amp;nbsp; What happened to all these employees and why can't they operate laptops from home and answer the phone?&amp;nbsp; Most large companies have done this and I don't see why QVC can't accomodate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I know it's frustrating for a lot of posters with shipping issues and hope they can get their problems satisfied.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
