Brookside Microfiber Comforter, Queen

I posted questions that never got answer about this. Tried calling Customer Service today and was told to go to automated ordering. I want to know if this microfiber comforter is considered a down alternative or not. I DO NOT WANT DOWN ALT. If nobody can answer please give me contact information for manufacturer.

Not all questions can be answered on-line w/o cs agent. Someone should be thee to help.
