      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The USPS shipping has become disgusting. &amp;nbsp;On 10/06, I ordered&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;J331644, a Linea trapeze necklace. &amp;nbsp;It took 6 days to ship by USPS, which has a msg, "unfortunately no shipping info is available". &amp;nbsp;Now it has been in transit a week and has not appeared in my mailbox. &amp;nbsp;It's sold out. &amp;nbsp;UPS packages mailed later have been received. &amp;nbsp;It seems it has become difficult, if not impossible, to depend on the post office. &amp;nbsp;QVC needs to bite the bullet and give them up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have something that supposedly was shipped 10/11 - &amp;nbsp;no tracking no. &amp;nbsp;yesterday a tracking no showed up (minus the 92 prefix) &amp;nbsp;which i loaded in and see that USPS was notified of a package on 10/15. &amp;nbsp;huh? &amp;nbsp;what happened to the 10/11 ship date? &amp;nbsp; this is some new parcel post light package classification (it's a bracelet). &amp;nbsp;by now it should have shown up - &amp;nbsp;i wonder if the classification sends it el cheapo by slow boat???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#ff6600" size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I'm usually the first to say I don't care for shipping items USPS but lately they have been excellent.&amp;nbsp; I always loved FedEX, but lately they have been constantly leaving my packages at my neighbor's houses.&amp;nbsp; One time they actually left my package IN my front bushes.&amp;nbsp; Literally IN THE BUSHES!!!!&amp;nbsp; Then there's UPS who again are usually excellent.&amp;nbsp; I had two packages from QVC delivered today via UPS.&amp;nbsp; One had clearly been opened and taped&amp;nbsp;up again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The tracking info stated my&amp;nbsp;apartment number was missing and it had to be opened to be verified.&amp;nbsp; Uh, I live in a single&amp;nbsp;family home.&amp;nbsp; Mistakes happen, but this kind of thing makes me concerned what with the holiday season approaching us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;They (USPS) leave packages everywhere....my daughter has asked repeatedly (at several local post office distributions) that they NOT leave packages at her front door, yet they repeatedly leave them there. &amp;nbsp;It is on a busy street the walk past side walk is a few feet from her front door. &amp;nbsp;She even has bought a place for the packages to go through to, yet, they still get dropped (left) there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I won't go into it. &amp;nbsp;It depends on who the UPS carrier is on if my packages get dropped by the garage door. &amp;nbsp;I have one carrier who says he knows it's been addressed and he does leave them where I asked, but other don't. &amp;nbsp;I (for some reason) get 2 (at least) deliveries a day (weird, I know). &amp;nbsp;Some will be at the garage door and some at the front door. &amp;nbsp;I had a huge fountain from QVC stolen&amp;nbsp;right off of my front porch. &amp;nbsp;It was unbelievable! &amp;nbsp;Yet, they STILL don't listen to what I've posted, requested, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This is just a sign of the times. &amp;nbsp;People used to take care of what the customer wanted...no longer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmmm, just today, &amp;nbsp;I was supposed to receive a necklace via USPS. Took ten days, finally said out for delivery, then checking again, it said Left Notice. I was home, no doorbell, no notice left in box or on door with the mail I did receive. &amp;nbsp;Now, the tracking says "no information available". Looks like someone didn't complete their job and trying to cover up. &amp;nbsp;I'm hoping it will say something else tomorrow, like Out For Delivery!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

He found it he said with some effort. He was concerned that it wasn't put in the mailbox, it was small enough, the supposed peach pickup tag po part was not on the package, and the notification bubble placed it at another zipcode and a later time than the "left notice" time. He said it will be a talking matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bet it was the same mail person last week who was lurking behind my daughter's car up in the driveway at the garage, 40-50ft away from the mail truck parked at the mailbox, talking away on the cell phone. Didn't leave the package last week either, but then it said it would be delivered next day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had these problems before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything I order that is shipped USPS gets hung up in Baltimore MD for a week or more and sometimes I never get it...everything that gets shipped UPS is here withing (3) days....may I suggest (to apease everyone) that you give us the consumers and the people that are paying the option (drop down) box at check out with our preferred choice of shipping...even if I have to pay few more bucks for UPS it would be well worth it...by the time I finally get the top I ordered winter will be over....the first one I ordered you sent me the wrong item...sent that back and ordered another one going on 3 weeks now and I still don't have it.....if this is the $3 special shipping NO thanks...I want my choice of shipping..no wonder the postal system is in such dire straights.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

AND LEFT IT ON MY DOOR STEP AND DIDN'T LET ME KNOW. i CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THEN CALLED QVC AND GOT SOME ONE THAT WAS VERY RUDE i TRIED TO TELL HER ABOUT IT ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS CUT IN ON ME. i NEVER GOT A TRACKING NUMBER OR ANY THING IT WAS ON MY DOOR STEP FROM 330 WED TILL 830 THI MORNING AND THE BOX WAS ALL BROKEN UP, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER&amp;nbsp; FROM QVC AND FOR UPS TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS THERE.&amp;nbsp; BAD SERVICE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many times I receive someone else's mail, usually the same person.&amp;nbsp; Obviously, the USPS can't read as the addresses are not similar.&amp;nbsp; Well, yesterday, I received an item that was mailed on August 12 from Ohio, almost two months ago.&amp;nbsp; It was a DVD, and the envelope and DVD had been opened, so am assuming that it was misdelivered, the person opened it and watched the DVD, then decided to send it on.&amp;nbsp; This is the first time I have ever received something that had gone missing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been very disappointed since UPS paired up with USPS. Don't have accurate tracking information, last week I was expecting 1 item, and 3 showed up, 2 didn't even show they'd been shipped. And shipping takes much longer than it used to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i'm soon moving to a small village (1300ish pop.) and must go to the post office for mail. I'm retired/somewhat disabled, and won't be visiting every day. Fortunately, it's run by very nice people, they will keep packages for a week.&amp;nbsp; But wish things would come UPS, some things are very heavy for me to put in/take out of my car. That's one reason I shop online, after all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
