    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was looking thru products and saw the 88 Acres Granola item.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;While I looked on other websites to research this product, I thought I had put the item in My Wish list.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I went back to look at my Wish List, the order was already&amp;nbsp;in process!!&amp;nbsp; Now it was less than one hour and a half between the time I clicked on it. I had happened to look at the clock a the time!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I tried to cancel&amp;nbsp;on line, but it would not go thru.&amp;nbsp; I did &lt;EM&gt;finally&lt;/EM&gt; get to talk to a CS and she said she could not&amp;nbsp;cancel, but that she would&amp;nbsp;make a note on my order that I called right away.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was not going to accept the product and send it back with 'Return To Sender', but I did not see my delivery guy. I received&amp;nbsp; the order yesterday and have tried &lt;U&gt;three&lt;/U&gt; different times to call CS.&amp;nbsp; Each time I have held on the phone for over fifteen minutes&amp;nbsp;and then gave up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I &lt;STRONG&gt;DO NOT &lt;/STRONG&gt;want the product and l would like a refund!!&amp;nbsp; I have not even opened the box and would be happy to return the food, though I know the company&amp;nbsp;does not want food returned.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; HELP, please!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
