Help with a return please

I, sadly, have to return my Dr Scholls espadrilles (item # A382739). However, they arrived with no return shipping label or paperwork of any kind. I do not have a way to print paperwork. Would it be possible to get paperwork mailed to me or do you have another suggestion?

@spursfan2 The return label and invoice should be on the underside of the outside shipping label. You have to peel the layers apart.

@ Kachina624 Nope. I know a lot of pkgs do come that way but not this one. No paperwork inside or outside the box.

@spursfan2 Email the mods at. qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and ask them to send you a label and invoice.

I have sent you an e-mail in regards to mailing you the return label.
