    <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always return defective or wrong items rec'd with the return label and you SHOULD&amp;nbsp;NOT be charged for the return label.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't matter that it was an 'As Is'.&amp;nbsp; If it is damaged/defective, you can return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you SHOULD receive a full refund including original shipping and handling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do not need to contact C/S, notify them or get their permission.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HOWEVER, WATCH your return credit.&amp;nbsp; The returns department makes MANY errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should you NOT receive your full credit, THEN you need to call customer service and they will correct it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Question for Customer Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have been trying to call customer service and keep getting a busy signal.&amp;nbsp; My question is:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I purchased an As Is Wicker Park Lavender Sphere 13".&amp;nbsp; I just picked it up at the post office and was so excited to see it.&amp;nbsp; Not only are some of the flowers not on the spots they should be, it also did not include the ties and stakes that are suppose to come with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Can I return the item as defective and use the prepaid label and not be charged for the mailing to and from?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
