      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called 3 customer service people to help me with this and so far it has been a week and no resolutions even though I got an email that said that it was solved.&amp;nbsp; The problem is a message that an easy pay order has not been made when I am checking out (not when I log on) keeps popping up and wont let me complete the purchase. All the customer service folks I have talked to say that there is no problem with my account and that they will send it to the "back office".&amp;nbsp; But no resolution to date.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else having this problem???&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
