Verification needed on an order!!

I received an email saying I have to verify it’s me or my item will be canceled... I tried calling, emailing, live chat etc. No one is answering and I am first time customer!! This is very upsetting! Why can’t they just have an automated service to verify ? I am beginning to feel very overwhelmed that no one is helping me.

@oceanicblushI don't know your answer, but I do know I've gotten more spam in the last two days than I sometimes have gotten in a whole month. And I read a warning that there are so many scammers working right now that ever SNOPES can not verify truth.

Please be careful - hopefully a moderator will chime in and help you verify.
