Customer service will not respond

I have tried calling and cannot get a human and I’ve emailed customer service twice last week about a refund and still no response. I ordered a cake (that isn’t even showing as delivered) and it was awful. I’ve been trying to receive a refund but cannot get an answer from anyone. I keep getting promo emails about a bunch of stuff I’m not interested in though. Is there a human I can talk to, is customer service closed?

I've had several item "in process" for over a week, and when I called customer service, they told me they can't do anything until after the estimated delivery date. The problem is that QVC aired the item in clearance shows this past week, and several of the items sold out. Now when they try to reorder them, they won't be available. Please fix the problem!!!

I am wondering how much longer QVC is going to have so few working in customer service. It is impossible to reach anyone in customer service and has been that way for months. You get a message due to high call volumes they cannot help you and if you are lucky enough to get through and are on hold it can be hours, I know I was holding with a rep from the bank for 2 1/2 hours to fix a problem that had to be done with a real person. If people can go to Walmart, Costco, and grocery stores QVC can bring their customer service Reps back to work. How can you continue to sell when you can't service the people who are buying from you?

What a great experience I just had with Customer Service. Decided to give it a try since everyone is complaining. Was on hold for 11 minutes and I must say I really enjoyed the music. Any music from the 1960, 1970 I´m there. I put in my ear bugs and was busy reading the forums, while listening to the music.

The Representative was so nice, solved my problem in about 4 minutes and will send out another order (the other one is somewhere out there) and I should receive it by Thursday.

I just love it when things come together.

You would think they would have more customer service reps but I am not privy to what is going on internally at qvc. Seems like most CS reps work from home these days, but I am not sure about qvc. I know they do not answer the phones for me. I couldn't even get on hold, I was told to call back another time. Chat said the same for me. Amazon tells me that and so do Amex...so qvc is not alone.

i still have issues, although when I emailed qvc social team I received an answer ASAP. Problem solved, done fini. Thanks to Melvin! if Melvin is around, thank you. I wonder if this was Melvin who helped me 20 years ago. Melvin have you been with qvc that long?
