Technical help with video sound and forum access.

Not sure if this is where I should post this but I need help with video sound and forum access.

I usually access QVC by going to Google first. For some reason there is no sound on the videos on my android phone. I tried suggestions I found on line to no avail. So I installed the Q app. Now I can hear the videos but where do you access the FORUMS from? I don't see blogs and forums anywhere on the app. Would someone please help ! Thanks!😊

@Starpolisher You cannot access the forum from the app. Try using QVC.com with a different browser.
