      <title>QVC received authorization code from bank, but is not charging my card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called Customer Service last night. &amp;nbsp;They stated that the could not charge my card (unknown problem). &amp;nbsp;While on the phone, they attempted again and I was told that the charge is now pending. &amp;nbsp;I called my bank today and they stated that the pending status was not done last night (as the agent had told me), but the authorization code was done on 3/23 which was 5 days prior to my call. &amp;nbsp;It is now 3/29 and my account still has not been debited. &amp;nbsp;What is going on? &amp;nbsp;I tried calling today (twice), but as soon as I entered the order number in question and my phone number, a busy signal immediately sounded. &amp;nbsp;Please help me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is going one with me.&amp;nbsp; When I asked for a price adjustment I was told that I had an overdue payment for one of my easy pays. I asked how that it automatically is charged to my cc.&amp;nbsp; She said it didn't go through.&amp;nbsp; I went online with my cc company and it shows pending since 3/23.&amp;nbsp; I spoke with my cc company &amp;amp; I was told that QVC hasn't claimed it and until they do it will remain pending for 30 days. So, it is not my cc issue it is with QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your bank is correct. There was a glitch on the 23rd where easy payments were authorized but did not move to billing. We are correcting this now. I apologize for any inconvenience as you certainly were not overdue.&lt;/P&gt;
