      <title>EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the Tolani TSV red abstract XXS and was very excited to get it. &amp;nbsp; Unfortunately when my order came it was an Isaach top in XL. &amp;nbsp;Called customer service was told to return and they would send the correct item. &amp;nbsp;Well I just received the new item today and it is a Tolani kimono, but in the patchwork not the red abstract that I had originally ordered. &amp;nbsp;Now the item that I originally ordered on the TSV day is sold out and I cannot get it. &amp;nbsp;How does the company excuse such sloppy work on their part. &amp;nbsp;To mess up an order once is bad, but twice! Not sure I will order from them again. &amp;nbsp;There are many places to shop and I don't think this type of service will make me want to give them my business in the future!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Q does not often make mistakes like this, really...I've been a &lt;U&gt;way long time&lt;/U&gt; customer and can vouch for their pick n ship staff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might just want to be mad for a few days, return it and then get over it - in the scheme of things - it's just not enough of a big deal to allow yourself to carry it with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's face it - shopping from home and having it delivered is easy peasy, and so is forgiving the mistake (even if just for this once)...Take it from me a world class grudge holder &lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;that finally let go of my trophy&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
