Why can't Wen TSV Item # A381231 be shipped to Hawaii??????

I called Customer Service and they also don't know.

Can you please look into this?

Its free shipping and the Q probably doesn't want to pay the increased shipping costs. Hasn't this happened previously?

If the item cannot be sold in Hawaii, that means it's not a QVC issue. It's not about the shipping, it's the sale of the product entirely.

That is a question for Wen. You could try to contact Wen's customer service for that answer.

I know it would be a bit of a pain, but do you have anyone stateside you can have it shipped to?

Then they could mail it to you.

Just a thought! The TSV is such a fab savings, even with the cost of shipping to you, I would think it would still be a great deal. **Unless postal regulations prohibit it.

"QVC will not ship it to certain states because it comes with a fragrance sample. It has nothing to do with the shipping costs. We do recommend providing feedback to QVC if you can. That can make a difference on future TSVs."
