MEASUREMENTS ... PLEASE ???

I was really admiring the new Eclissi sterling watch ... J366623.

However, Jane neglected to provide the measurements of the face of the watch .... surely, they must be available. Can you provide them?

Jane also said that this item won't ship until March 28th ... which usually means QVC doesn't charge you until they have it and it's being processed. I just happened to notice that the order is being processed, but I won't get the watch until April 7th!

Is this a new policy?

Can you get the measurments?

Hi @Tinkrbl44 Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the measurements for the watch face. On the Product Detail page for the item on qvc.com, you can click “Ask A Question” to submit your question to the vendor and it may be answered. Since the item is an advance order, it will not be billed until shipment.

It is purely ridiculous for QVC to sell something like a watch where size is critical, and not mention or have in the written description, the size of the case. Jane needs to quit babbling her nonsense and get down to business. I thought she was more professional than that.

@Kachina, from the mod's reply above it sounds as though sizing information isn't available unless you contact the vendor. That is certainly not Jane's fault!!!

The watch was right there and they have small rulers all the time on jewelry presentations. This "sizing info isn't available" kwap is total nonsense, IMO.

Well, gee, thank you for that. I don't believe I said it was "on Jane", but she's a seasoned host who knows all she has to do is tell a stage hand to bring her a ruler, and someone comes running with the item. QVC knows better than to offer any merchandise without the proper information, allowing customers to make an informed decision.

I'm not quite even sure what your opinion actually is ..... that it's ok if QVC doesn't provide measurements to viewers if the vendor neglected to provide them? Even so, any host can just do the measuring on camera, during the presentation. That's a pretty simple task.
