      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;If so, where does a customer go (besides CS) to get this &lt;STRONG&gt;corrected.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I am asking &lt;STRONG&gt;prior &lt;/STRONG&gt;to disputing duplicate charges on 2 of my cc. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I did not get any email update &lt;STRONG&gt;but &lt;/STRONG&gt;have been checking both accounts and still showing duplicate charges w/no credits issued.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Thank you!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
