    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I would like to know how many of the mistakes were actually double refunds! ;-)&amp;nbsp; The email indicated it could be either a double charge or refund but when speaking to customer service she said it would be a double charge and could be multiple easy pay payments.&amp;nbsp; What are they doing to make sure this never happens again.&amp;nbsp; Makes you wonder. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Good luck.&amp;nbsp; i just got off the phone with them and they were no help.&amp;nbsp; Couldn't even tell me which order/orders had been double charged, only that it was a easy pay charge and could be multiple items.&amp;nbsp; Of course right after the holidays.&amp;nbsp; Pretty suspicious if you ask me.&amp;nbsp; I will never purchase another thing from QVC. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have been careful to only use one card here, you can remove it from your account and have card company freeze/close it. &amp;nbsp;With this kind of lax control, you have to wonder about security lapses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
