      <description>1.Live Chat NEVER works!&lt;BR /&gt;2. Cancelling an item not allowed...says ‘too far along in processing’ but then item doesn’t ship for another week!&lt;BR /&gt;3.Exchanging is impossible. I’m always refunded(minus s&amp;amp;h), and when I look online, the item I wanted IS in stock!&lt;BR /&gt;4.Customer Service, packaging, shipping, returning/exchanging, all on the decline.&lt;BR /&gt;5.i am ordering less and less.&lt;BR /&gt;Just had to vent.</description>
