help mods.....about order going through....

reposting because it may/or may not look to have been answered by you.....still wondering

Hi,

I tried to place an order and then went to see it in my order status and it wasn't there (they usually are) so I thought that maybe something went wrong. So I went back and re-placed the order of the same items and then again went to see if it was listed in my order status page and again it wasn't. So did my order go through? And if so did they both go through? because I only wanted it once...
