I just recieved my order, and it was one big box of toffee. This was advertised as individally wrapped pieces. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow! I'm sorry this happened. The very reason I did not purchase their toffee this holiday season is because I do want the large, unbroken toffee, not their little "Petites."

What was your item number? I ordered 2 different sets of Enstrom's Toffee.

M64380...a 2lb. box of chocolate toffee gift box which I have already received...that is just one box.

M65386...4lb. toffee petites which are supposed to be individually wrapped with gift boxes. Have not received this order yet. Shipped 12-9 and due for delivery 12-13.

@Dar321. Are you saying it was not individually wrapped pieces? If not, you got the best deal; I've been eating that stuff for years and the slabs are by far the best tasting. Then when they're gone, you have the wonderful crumbs to serve over ice cream. Lucky you!

@Scorpio1971 It's M65386. It's in a nice box, individual pieces, but not wrapped. I wanted to split it up in my gifts. Even in the picture on the order says individually wrapped......sigh.....

Maybe it will be good news for you: QVC will send you the wrapped toffee and let you keep the [better] unwrapped toffee.

Wow! That's the one I was planning to use to add to gifts too! Now I won't know for another couple of days so I'm getting bummed wondering if I have to figure out somethineg else & get stuck with all that unwrapped candy...8lbs...I ordered 2 sets! I purposely ordered only the 2lb. for my home so I could give all the wrapped ones as gifts. Sorry to hear of your order and I hope it is being resolved for you. I'll try to come back and let you know what comes in my order. For now I can only wait...😕

I ordered M65384 the 4lb box with gift packages. The candy arrived in a plastic bag and the candy was individually wrapped but you have to put them in the gift boxes. It was a large quantity of candy and I had more then enough remaining even after filling the gift boxes.

@Scorpio1971 Well, they gave me a refund, after like 8 emails back and forth. I can't get my wrapped ones I ordered, because they are sold out. Makes no sense. I ordered a couple months ago, my box should still me in their inventory if they didn't send it out. Oh well,at least I got a refund. Hope you get yours!

That's what @Dar321 & I ordered too. Glad your item arrived as described. Your item number M65384 is probably different because it was most likely a different shipping date on advance orders. My advance order shipping date was 12-9-19 and I just checked and my 2 4lb. orders should be arriving tomorrow.

@Dar321 ...I was just wondering...maybe you could call Enstrom's directly and see if they can honor a shipment to you since it was their error since food orders are shipped from the vendors. Take pics of your packing slip and what you received as your evidence and send it to them after you speak with someone at Enstrom's first. Explain to them that the purpose of ordering was because it was to be used as Christmas gifts because they were to be individually wrapped with gift boxes. Maybe they can honor your order for the same price & ship to you? Does no harm to try. If mine arrives like yours I will try try to contact them. Just don't know what I would then do with 8lbs. of unwrapped toffee. I could give unopened boxes as a gift or better yet donate to a community dinner for Veterans or homeless for them to enjoy as part of dessert. Waiting for tomorrows delivery...

I was just checking my banking account online and some other things so I checked my delivery status to see if my 2 boxes were still scheduled for today and was surprised to see they both said delivered an hour ago by USPS. Very unusual for my mail to arrive so early. Well I did find my 2 boxes outside my door. Opened them both up and they are the correct order...5 gift boxes with all wrapped pieces in large plastic bag.

Sorry again your order was not correct. I suggested calling Enstrom directly...have you thought about it? I found an info flyer inside my package with their phone number so if you don't have it...1-800-ENSTROM. I would sent you one of mine if I could...😊
