      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;On 11/22 I on went to the post office &amp;amp; mailed back the D &amp;amp; Co. velour fit &amp;amp; flair jacket. The XS was too big &amp;amp; I wanted to exchange it for the XXS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; To date I'm unable to track the package return on my order page. Before the website was redesigned I always got emails advising me that my package was received by the post office. I was also able to track its return on the order page.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently returned a clothing item that was valued over $120 and saw no tracking updates from Tacoma Wa. It finally tracked for the first time when it arrived in I believe NV. It was well over a week and I was freaked out that it was lost and with no tracking at all I would be out $120 plus original shipping. I asked the postal person why it didn’t even show being picked up and she said those updates are paid for and if QVC doesn’t pay for updates, they aren’t posted. Needless to say, I will be sure what I order going forward is not something I would ever return. It was too upsetting. Now I have an auto delivery toothpaste order on backorder for a month, how does THAT happen??, I am cutting wayyyyy back on QVC orders and I’ve been wayyyy too good of a customer for many many years, but my husband is quite happy about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Although I have cut way back on my shopping at this site as it is too frustrating, I am finding that for the few returns I have, using the QVC return label, I do not receive the proper credit for my return unless I call CS, at which time I am promptly credited. Ridiculous!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC, your lack of customer focus is costing you customers who have kept you going for decades. It's almost 20 years into the 21st century. You need to get with the technology if you want to be a player in e-commerce and retain your loyal customers. THAT should be your focus!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The linked page lists only categories of "Date Printed" (which is simply the day the order was placed), a "Tracking Number" that always just says "Packslip in Box" below it, and "Status," which is always "Complete" as soon as the order has shipped. There are now no links, no updates, and no options for tracking returns on the QVC website. It would be great to get this problem fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27241"&gt;@NicksmomESQ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I had the same problem .....Be sure to keep your receipt from the post office to prove your item was returned.&amp;nbsp; I held on to the receipt and finally got an e-mail saying my refund was processed.&amp;nbsp; Could not see tracking at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a problem with videos not working on each product and six months ago, after being told at first to check cookies, browser, reboot, I still have not heard a work from the problem forwarded by the mod to the powers that be.&amp;nbsp; Please be gentle with the mods...they are messengers and have no control over the problem.&amp;nbsp; But somewhere, somehow, changes are being made to the website, and&amp;nbsp; this has caused more problems than is worthwhile.&amp;nbsp; Q needs to get a new IT consultant.&amp;nbsp; The problems have led me to purchase less and less.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I am waiting for two problems to resolve themselves concerning returns before I order anything else.&amp;nbsp; I returned two sweaters the day after I received them.&amp;nbsp; No tracking or word from QVC.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I ordered a pair of TSV shoes that I received that according to QVC had never shipped.&amp;nbsp; They did not fit so I returned them and now according to the order they are resending them to me.&amp;nbsp; I can't trust QVC to get an order delivered on time so no Christmas gifts will be purchased there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent an expensive item back about a month ago &amp;amp; no tracking a return is possible. I was having an anxiety attack. It never used to be so difficult to track a return. Many have complained. Mine did show up as returned about 12 days later!! No more for me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
