      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm still waiting for my refund to be credited as it shows that the returns are processed. &amp;nbsp; What on earth is taking so long I wonder ?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;had 4 returns , 2 refunded &amp;nbsp;already a few days ago. &amp;nbsp; I remember when my returns were very promptly refunded so I don't know what is going on. &amp;nbsp; Makes me wonder if they are being held to get an extra EP as I have been charged a 2nd EP on both , &amp;nbsp;don't want to think that , but not Happy 😠&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And this was only ONE phone call ...
