Yes, I have been waiting over a month to get the items delivered, but I have also been wanting to buy these for many months earlier, except the prices I saw elsewhere were "inflated" to put it mildly. Even the manufacturer's "sale" price was more than what these items cost new in 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So when I saw the item I wanted on QVC substantially undercut any other price shown elsewhere I really had to hit that buy button. Yes it sucks having to wait over a month to receive it, but I would be paying almost double if I had to buy it from any other online retailer or a walk-in store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC has been telling us for months that they are working to solve shipping problems. It's kind of like the boy who cried "Wolf" once too often. I resent receiving messages that tell me my shipments are delayed, but you give no reason. I can understand weather, but if you're trying to save more money, since your quarterly figures are down, that's not acceptable. Especially at Christmas. I have items in process for 9 days, and counting. Then it ships across the country to California and takes another 10 days. I receive things in a timely fashion everywhere else I shop, and most of the time with free shipping. What is QVC's problem? I am hesitant to shop, since I'm not sure the items will come on time. Please give us some reasonable timelines about when this will be fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And for the first time ever for me and I've been ordering for about 20 years, a package has been"lost."&amp;nbsp; It was sent via USPS all the way, not started with UPS and handed off but the original shipper was the USPS. &amp;nbsp; And USPS will not doing anything about tracking the package until 7 days have passed. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to see an option where we could chose the carrier for our package.&amp;nbsp; I would never pick the USPS.&amp;nbsp; There have been so many problems with them here in Chicago including a video showing a postal worker dumping a carton full of mail into a dumpster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that eventually my package will show up.&amp;nbsp; It was due on the 9th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my opinion, I think that anyone who has ever held a job knows that QVC will never provide us with the exact reason for the shipping problems. If something goes wrong where I work, and a customer requires an explanation, which of course they do deserve, our response is truthful but very well thought out, to protect the company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It isn't just QVC.&amp;nbsp; Things take time to fix.&amp;nbsp; Changes don't take place overnight.&amp;nbsp; I personally have no issues or concerns.&amp;nbsp; I always get my orders in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.&amp;nbsp; IF I don't like it, I'll find somewhere else to shop.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Some places are a lot more money for S&amp;amp;H and take longer.&amp;nbsp; If I don't like it, I'll shop in stores.&amp;nbsp; It's all a matter of making your choices for what's best for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I no longer order much here, but will say the few items I have ordered in recent memory haven't taken an inordinately long time to be received. I don't tend any longer to follow the dates listed here for 'in process', EDD, etc., because I've found them to be sort of pointless. If I know I need something quickly, I simply don't order here but usually am not in a huge rush. That said, if I had doubts about an item slated to be a gift, I'd think twice and would have to agree with those who feel like their shipping problems are more than a temporary glitch. The simple fact seems to be that they waited far too long to bring their warehousing and order fulfilment processes up to date and have executed badly whatever changes they're making.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to ineffective&amp;nbsp;leadership, Qurate has clearly fallen on hard times. For the sake of those employees who rely on them for their livelihoods&amp;nbsp;and for the sake of those customers unwilling to increase their reliance on other, more responsive, retail resources, I hope they resolve this and the many other problems facing them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What I can't understand is why people are still ordering if they are having such issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Knock on wood, the only delays I had were with the blowout clearance items.&amp;nbsp; I am receiving all my other orders withn a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I were having this many issues, you can be sure I'd quit ordering until things were worked out.&amp;nbsp; And if I was going to keep on ordering, I wouldn't be complaining about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are thread after thread after thread on many forums complaining about Q's slow shipping, inability to cancel, asking mods to check on orders, on and on but people keep on ordering.&amp;nbsp; And then complaining somemore. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't make any sense to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yes, I have been waiting over a month to get the items delivered, but I have also been wanting to buy these for many months earlier, except the prices I saw elsewhere were "inflated" to put it mildly. Even the manufacturer's "sale" price was more than what these items cost new in 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So when I saw the item I wanted on QVC substantially undercut any other price shown elsewhere I really had to hit that buy button. Yes it sucks having to wait over a month to receive it, but I would be paying almost double if I had to buy it from any other online retailer or a walk-in store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
