    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here mine are from 10-26 &amp;amp; still processing. This has gone on for over a year and for awhile it was better. Now it's the worst I've ever seen! If QVC can't get something shipped in nine days the customer should be able to cancel an order! I had some clothes I really needed for this coming Friday &amp;amp; Saturday &amp;amp; there's no way they will be here. I have a few favorites that I want to order &amp;amp; they don't have my size. With my luck something I already own will be a totally different size. Where is quality control these days?? You can order the exact size in different colors &amp;amp; they are all different. I have been refunded when it has happened to me. My time is valuable too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; On 10/25 I ordered a Halston french terry top. The delivery date was supposed to be yesterday 10/31. I got an email yesterday saying my order is delayed. I just checked my order status &amp;amp; the top is in processing!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Can somebody please tell me what's going on. I ordered a top &amp;amp; was charged for shipping.It was supposed to ship but hasn't.I can't even cancel the order because no changes can be made.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't understand why a company as large as QVC has so many problems filling orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Beth or any monitor-- OVER 2 WEEKS ago I ordered 2 pair of summer slacks on sale on a special. I am paying &amp;nbsp;shipping , it was not free shipping day ,in fact it was several days before free shipping day. They have been in processing since then. I have called customer service 4 times with the last time Being &amp;nbsp;treated very rudely. I have received emails stating I would receive it by nov 6. I even got an automated phone call that I would deffinitly receive it by nov 6. After my first call to c/s I have a note on my order that states it will be shipped by the holidays. I called and customer service &amp;nbsp;and told me that would be by Christmas . Thats over 2 months. Another problem - I'm moving from pa. To south Florida. The house will be empty . I again talked to &amp;nbsp;c/s about changing the delivery address and they said I could not do that &amp;nbsp;,it was my problem. With all you hear about packages being taken from porches especially at Christmas. This really bothers me. What about all the Christmas item &amp;nbsp;including food being shown now, will they arrive at Valentine's Day or Easter ?. Please help me &amp;nbsp;.i really would like these slacks , but when and if will they be delivered ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
