So I printed a new label and took it to post office.&amp;nbsp; After a couple of weeks my&amp;nbsp;return was not registering as complete.&amp;nbsp; I sent QVC MANY emails about this asking if they received or not.&amp;nbsp; Each time an email was exchanged I had a new person responding and each time I&amp;nbsp;had to repeat the same story. To this day I do not know where my return ended up.&amp;nbsp; I went to the post office and they said was that my package left their facility and was given to some&amp;nbsp;company called ''newgistics(?)'' and that's all they can do for me.&amp;nbsp; It took me LONG time to get even that info out of the guy!!! So, I'm out $50, I have no lights and I have no idea what my rights are. QVC has been NO help. I even sent a photo of the package&amp;nbsp;with the&amp;nbsp;label to help out. As of today I had no response from QVC. I finally&amp;nbsp;responded to ALL the different email exchanges with the same info AND&amp;nbsp;photo of package. I&amp;nbsp;doubt if I will ever hear from anyone any more.&amp;nbsp; 50 bucks out the window!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;So what are my options at this point?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
