      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Have you tried using a different browser?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes a browser goes "wonky" and it helps to use another temporarily.&amp;nbsp; You might also try rebooting your computer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to place two orders from Denim &amp;amp; Co and everything goes well until I get to the "Place Order" button.&amp;nbsp; It does not work!&amp;nbsp; I called Customer Service and was told the standard answer.&amp;nbsp; "QVC is very much aware of the problems with the website and are working diligently to resolve it.&amp;nbsp; But no time frame has been given".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, I don't want to order by phone as I use Mr. Rebates and want my rebate for the orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like for Gary Gomen to be aware of this issue in his Midnight show.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure he must be disappointed in the lack of sales but does not know why.&amp;nbsp; I am not on facebook and do not want to be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any facebook users out there are as frustrated as I am, would you please facebook him this info.&amp;nbsp; Maybe if the vendors start complaining, something will get fixed.&amp;nbsp; I think QVC needs to change their IT company.&amp;nbsp; They have been doing a lousy job with fixing the issues - too busy making unnecessary changes to the look of the site when it would be more prudent to make sure orders can be placed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem today. This is 2022 and I have noticed this issue has been ongoing for years! Up until 2 or 3 weeks ago, I have not head any problems ordering online at QVC.com from my PC but all of a sudden now, it won't allow me to place an order. It gives me "&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;“Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788” or "We're sorry, but QVC.com is currently unavailable".&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I have used 3 different Browsers, cleared my cache of cookies, history, etc., disabled my anti-virus program, contacted Windows &amp;amp; Microsoft folks for a fix and all said that it is an "encoding" issue on QVC's end.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Getting them to fix is impossible because they say no one else is reporting this issue. Am I the only one?       <description>&lt;P&gt;You might try disableing your browser's extensions.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes a certain extension will interfere with some websites.&amp;nbsp; I used to have the Ebates aka Rakuten extension that would automatically take you through their site to get the rebate, but found out it interfered with a site that I wanted to access through my library, so I disabled it.&amp;nbsp; I also had a problem once using Craigslist due to an extension interfering.&amp;nbsp; The people there were not only not helpful, but were ugly, so I never went back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
