Does it ever end? Sent orders that I didn't order, very rude customer service, not accepting some of my returns for totally off the wall reasons, still fighting to find out WHY with no response or just awful customer service. They act like I stole the items, I've emailed the QVC company and still just telling me to contact customer service LOL, yeah right, been there done that now just feeling like I should dump QVC. I am disapointed in QVC's shipping right now , but i have never had any problems with customer service and have been very pleased with them as a company . I would shop else where if this was not the case as you decribed.

@sidsmom I'm with you! However, I believe that when a presumably new poster does post these reviews, they either have too much time on their hands and no life (and need to find a hobby), enjoy being negative (probably everywhere in their life), are 12 and home alone, or just being ridiculous.

Well now, I can chime in ~ Not Just You!

Last year I purchased a Susan Graver Coat. I had to return for an exchange in size. They sent me back TWO COATS.

I tried to get CS to send me a Label to get the 2nd Coat back to them. They refused to send me a Label! Said I DID NOT get sent a 2nd Coat.

On and on with CS. All I wanted to do was to get the EXTRA Coat back to them. NOPE.

Coat still in the bag in my closet. Will find someone who can use it this winter. I was treated like I was nuts. "I'm looking at 2 coats. No you're not. We didn't send 2.....

FYI, I have received things I did not order also. They were sent to me instead of a customer about 1500 miles away from where I live. Just another reason I have not ordered anything from QVC since May. It will be another 5 or 6 months by looks of it.

@Mix and match. You've certainly had a run of bad luck! In 30+ years of shopping vigorously at QVC, I've never had any of those things happen. I might add, my experiences with CS have been exemplary. Methinks you tend to exaggerate a wee bit.

I definitely wouldn't shop here anymore if I were you. Why put up with that kind of service?

How many posts must one have before complaining? Maybe it needs to be in the terms. If she has too much time because she is complaining, those who respond in a snarky way must have too much time as well.

BINGO! I haven't shopped here quite that long, but in the 14+ years I have been shopping here, & I do mean consistently (I'll hold off using the term vigorously...denial, maybe? HA!) I can count on one hand any "mishaps" & customer service was on top of it.

@Mix and match you say QVC is not accepting some of your returns? This is a new one for me, I have not seen this complaint before. Sounds like you have a lot of returns. What are the reasons you are given that they are not being accepted? Waited too long? Sent only one part of a set of something? Sent a different product? Very curious how QVC could not accept a legitimate return.
