    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Denim and Co. shirt on 10-22 and it is still "in Process".&amp;nbsp; What is the Hold up???.&amp;nbsp; The last few years QVC has been slow, but the last few months has been especially bad..&amp;nbsp; Why??&amp;nbsp; FYI.......please pass on to the powers to be....whoever designed the new layout in order status....it is VERY confusing.&amp;nbsp; definately not user friendly .&amp;nbsp; Like the previously way much better.&amp;nbsp; And if you read the other blog comments....you will see I'm not alone.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
