Delays in returns?

I know there have been lots of delays and complaints about shipping lately, but I'm having trouble with a return. I shipped it back to QVC on 10/15/19 and there's no sign of it being processed yet by QVC. Is this normal?

Returns are at least 3 weeks for me, if not more.
