    <description>&lt;P&gt;See above post. WiFi dropped while trying to post and then &amp;nbsp;stating auto saved.Last info on tracking showed package in Atlanta since 10/23/19. After sending CS emails about delay received the above response. I appreciate the attempted help but prefer more explanation .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/264444"&gt;@MaryLamb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. Thanks.       <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go to my “Your Order Has Been Shipped” email, and click on “Track Your Shipment,” this is the page that comes up:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/180520i8579E89A65A9C7BA/image-size/medium?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="2AC5C723-FAEF-4789-B240-FC2247619857.jpeg" title="2AC5C723-FAEF-4789-B240-FC2247619857.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don’t need to see that my package is “ON ITS WAY.” I know it’s on its way, because I received a shipping email. What I need to see when I click on “Track Your Shipment” is what city it is in, and how close it is to reaching my front door. Yes, I can click on “Tracking Details” except A) You’re creating an unnecessary, annoying, extra step to what should be a simple process, and B) Every time I get to the above screen and go to click on “Tracking Details,” the screen on my iPad jumps up, and I end up clicking on “Return to Your Order,” because that option is too close in proximity to the “Tracking Details” option. Please stop creating extra steps for your customers to get to where they are trying to go. You should be simplifying, not complicating the shopping process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To save all those "&lt;EM&gt;steps&lt;/EM&gt;" you mention, download a &lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;tracking&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; app.&amp;nbsp; Then all you have to do is enter the tracking # from Q's site to the tracking app.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The tracking apps are very detailed.&amp;nbsp; The apps "&lt;EM&gt;alert&lt;/EM&gt;" you when your package is "&lt;EM&gt;on the move&lt;/EM&gt;" which you can watch on the apps interactive map.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apparently someone doesn't get a lot of things! When your tracking # is removed from your order status you can't track it! Returns go to USPS &amp;amp; are handed off to an independent carrier &amp;amp; the tracking # changes. It's very frustrating to customers. Until they changed the order status page I've never had a problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My point was that when I click on "track my order" in my email, it takes me to the page pictured, not the page with tracking details. I'm saying the page pictures is superfluous. It should take me immediately to tracking details when I I click on "track my order" in my email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I always check the QVC website.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Anyway I just checked my email, and was able to track a package tha´s due on Tuesday.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Now I have to go and delete all the unread emails from the Q.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's all well &amp;amp; good but I have a return in the system &amp;amp; there is no tracking # on an expensive return! Nothing! I have ups my choice so if I have a number I can track shipents to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
